Low-Calorie Chewy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups Whey Low® Granular

1 cup canola oil

1 egg

1 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup cocoa

2 teaspoons Watkins vanilla


Preparation:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 335 degrees.

Step 2: Beat together Whey Low®, eggs and oil.

Step 3: Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together.

Step 4: Add to the Whey Low®-egg mixture.

Step 5:Add vanilla.

Step 6: Pour into two 8x8x2 cake pans or into one 9x13 pan.

Step 7: Bake at 335 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 8: Cut when cool and dust with Whey Low® powder.
